The big stories we explore in this webinar
Join us and put your questions to our experts as we share our forecasts for each region, how they compare to current state and federal government projections, and discuss some of the big stories that have come out of our recent analysis;
1. After the disruption of the pandemic, we're seeing a return to regular programming in the demographic patterns that shape growth in New South Wales.
2. While population growth has bounced back after lockdowns and border closures, dwelling construction continues to be a constraint to growth, with implications for average household size and the timing of forecast growth.
3. The sustained growth forecast for Western Sydney as opportunities for development in the east dry up
4. How the Western Sydney Airport and rail infrastructure are forecast to impact the distribution of population growth
